Stelian Stancu is a Romanian film and theatre actor .He was born on January 13, 1941 in Silistea Glodeanu, Romania. He graduated from Institute of Theatrical Arts and Cinematography in 1971.In 1966, he plays first role in the movie The Dacians.Other notable roles in films :Iancu Jianu, zapciul (1980), Ultima frontiera a mortii (1979) and Totul se plateste (1987). Play on the stage of the theater ''Fani Tardini '' in Galati.
