Jean Kinsella is a French actor, director, producer and screenwriter. Living and working between Paris and Los Angeles, he began his career as a comedian, performing in the streets of Paris. He was chosen to be Romeo in William Shakespeare's Romeo and Juliet. Thereafter, he booked many lead roles in the plays of great playwrights such as Molière, Miller, Brecht, Musset, and Sand. He also appeared in TV shows such as HBO's Euphoria and TF1's RIS Police Scientifique and worked on international feature film productions such as The One Hundred-foot Journey, Would I lie to You and United Passions. Jean has also developed and directed music videos, short films and film trailers across France and the USA. Some of his films screened at the Cannes Film Festival and Aix-les-Bains series festival and a TV series he developed has been optioned by several American and Australian production companies. He is now developing a feature film about human conflicts across the world. He has recently been featured in Newsweek and LA Weekly for his work as a stage actor.
