Jeff Heimbuch was born in Brooklyn, New York, on November 2nd, 1983. A few years later, his parents moved to Brick, New Jersey, where he was raised to be a Jersey boy. He got his real start with movies in high school, when he and his friend Mike Cerrachio wrote a screenplay entitled "Something, But Not Really." This now defunct project had numerous false starts in high school, before finally losing its flare with the both of them. It still exists some where on the 'net, for those who really want to read it. His first film he ever made was the now infamous "Luchadore" short. Originally intended for his public speaking course, the short got such a response, he decided to let others watch it was well. It being a mild success, he decided to make more films. Jeff founded Bamfer Productions in early 2002, and continues to run it to this day. He's pretty much a jack of all trades: he writes, directs, does camera work, edits...he does it all! Through out the past few years, Jeff has made over 20 films, and has received numerous awards for most of them. He recently formed a partnership with several other filmmakers, along with popular horror author Brian Keene, to form Drunken Tentacle Productions.
