Oryan Landa (pronounced "O'Ryan") is a screen & stage actor based in New York City with recent appearances on Walker (2021), The Blacklist (2013), East New York (2022), and The Walking Dead: World Beyond (2020). Oryan grew up around the mountains and lakes of the Pacific Northwest. After high school he enrolled as a Philosophy major at Western Washington University, but switched his focus to Theater after a Freshman year acting class with Nina Roman. The following year he moved to Phoenix, AZ where he continued studying acting at Arizona State University and graduated Summa Cum Laude in Drama and Film/Media Studies. After graduation he moved to Austin, TX and immersed himself in Austin's independent film scene, but later made the move to New York City after a summer program at the American Academy of Dramatic Arts in Manhattan. Along the way he's also taught English in China, volunteered at an orphanage in India, and spent a year in French-speaking Belgium - as well as travelling through 26 countries and all 50 states. His ancestry is both Spanish-Mexican (mother's side) and mixed-European (father's side). In addition to working in TV and film, Oryan recently appeared on stage in The Laramie Project and Stories We Tell to Night at the Times Square Arts Center and Hudson Theater in New York City.
