Biography

A francophone of Vietnamese and Quebecois heritage, Mylène Dinh-Robic was born and raised in Montreal, Quebec. She graduated with distinction with a BA in Communications from Concordia University and completed a double major in Film & Multimedia Production. She studied acting with Nancy Sivak & Ben Ratner in Vancouver and with Gilles Plouffe and John Strasberg in Montreal. An actress now for over twenty years, she has worked on stage, on camera and in video games. She first played opposite actor Nicholas Campbell as Rita Mah, one of the main characters in the Vancouver produced television series Da Vinci's City Hall (CBC). Later, she worked in Toronto on 3 seasons of The listener (CTV) in the role of Dr. Olivia Fawcett. Mylène more recently performed in French in Radio-Canada's Montreal shot Plan B, Nouvelle Adresse and Série Noire. She was nominated in the best supporting actress category at the 2015 Montreal ACTRA Awards for her portrayal of Beatrice 'Bear' Hamelin in Bravo Canada's
