Kelli Joan Bennett is originally from northwest Missouri, where she studied theatre at the University of Missouri-Columbia and graduated from California State University-Fullerton with a degree in Theatre Arts. She created and founded Scriptapalooza, Inc., an entertainment-based company, along with two partners. After selling her shares of that company to her partners, she went on to develop herself as a writer, producer and actress. Her first writing project, Wait a Minute, was also her first production. With Wait A Minute, a film short about a 27-year-old woman's breakdown over the meaning of life and her looks, she was writer, producer and star. For the feature film Collusions, she was producer and star. She played Mrs. Harris in the world premiere play, The Columbine Project, in the first Los Angeles run and Off-Broadway. She launched ThinkOutsideTheBoxInsideTheBox.com, a call-to-create campaign that is a way of thinking to empower individuals to push past limitations, both real and imagined in their lives and create from wherever they are with whatever they have right now. Under her new banner, Think Outside The Box Inside The Box Media, she has three feature films in development Kelli Joan Bennett and her companies have been featured in Entrepreneur Business Start-Ups Magazine, Vanity Fair, Entertainment Weekly, Daily Variety, The Independent and Yahoo Magazine.
