Luca Turilli

Bornn and raised in Trieste, Italy, 1972, but nowadays he lives in Lyon, France. Started the band Thundercross together with Alex Staropoli, which later was renamed Rhapsody, which still stands untill this very day. The music is very aggressive but yet very melodic and mighty rock music, with strong influences from classical, baroque and renaisanns. He has released several albums, and it has been told that "there is no such thing as 'the music is quite allright' when it comes to Rhapsody; either you hate it or love it!" The most wellknown album of Rhapsody is "Symphony of the enchanted lands", and the most wellknown from Luca Turillis solo-career is "King of the nordic twilight". He started his career as a guitar player at the age of 16. His passions in life is to write good songs, play soccer, movies (which also inspired him on inventing the so called "movie score metal"-genre) and video game creating. His favorite movie is "Lord of the rings" which also inspired him on make his famous "Symphony of the enchanted lands part II - the dark secret"-album together with Christopher Lee.
