Wendy Snyder

A regular fixture on Chicago's radio airwaves, Wendy Snyder was born in Brookfield, Illinois, in 1963. Schooled at Triton College, she began experimenting with a career as a DJ by joining the team of her school's radio station. Upon graduationg, she first worked at a Christian radio station, finally landing at the popular rock station WLUP-FM in 1986, where she earned her first genuine fame as a radio personality. Currently (2004) she is one of the on air sidekicks of Chicago legend Steve Dahl.
