Known for Walk the Line (2005), Analogue(2019), Sun Records(2017) and Black Days(2021). John Holiday: Born John Saint Holiday in Studio City, California in 1977. Attended: Mark Keppel Elementary, Ellanor J. Toll High, North Hollywood High. John's Father and Mother were advocates for aids health care in the mid 80's, and ran the first hospice and nursing agency dedicated to the care of patients in advanced stages. John found his love for theater, film and music at an early age. By the time John was 17 he had already started making his own dramatic film pieces, and indie shorts. One of John's short films ranked in the top 10 out of 200+ submissions in a Tribeca Film Competition. Moving between music and film at an early age, John started a rock band called KingsiZe with world re-known drummer Johnny Rabb. After 4 years of touring with the rock band, John decided that touring in a rock band was not for him and started writing more screenplays. In 2004 John was asked to portray Carl Perkins in the Johnny Cash biopic "Walk the Line" Starring Reese Witherspoon and Joaquin Phoenix. Reese would later score an Academy Award for her performance. After WTL, he dabbled in some more music performances from hard rock to even blues. In 2013 John wrote a self published book titled "The Man from Osaka", available on Amazon. In 2017, John would portray Luther in the hit Mini- Series "Sun Records". In 2019, John directs his first indie feature "Analogue", and in 2020 he will star in an unauthorized biopic on Grunge Icon Chris Cornell.
