Alessandra Sublet was born in Lyon, the daughter of Joël Sublet, a former soccer player member of the Olympique Lyonnais. She studied communication and audiovisual at the ISCPA (Institut Supérieur de la Communication, de la Presse et de l'Audiovisuel) of Lyon. She began her career in 1997 as a radio host on Radio Nostalgie before moving to New York and joining the channel MTV. At her return to France, she joined Radio Nova in 2000 and Radio FG in 2003. She then became a television presenter in 2006 joining the channel M6, and in September the group France Télévisions, where she hosted the daily program C à vous (2009) on France 5 until June 2013. She presented from October 2014 to June 2015 on France 2 the weekly talk show Un soir à la Tour Eiffel (2014).
