Krist Rufty

Since the year 1999 Krist Rufty has fought for what he calls truly independent cinema. With four features and a slew of short films under his belt he has finally become a small stamp in the annals of Horror Film-making. Angel Board, his first horror novel, will be published in late 2011. Being a true believer of safety lies outside the norm, he strives in making films and writing fiction that on the outside appears safe in familiarity, but under the shell is a much more broad vision of darkness and surrealism. He'll never believe that less is more and will always go for the jugular when creating true, shocking cinema and prose. He is married to his high school sweetheart and is the father of two, insane children.
