Natalie is an award winning Director and self-published Author. Her sci-fi short film 'Seechers', won best pilot/ episode in the White Unicorn International Film Festival and Best Visual Effects in the Focus International Film Festival. Her novel 'Beyond the Mirror' (co-written with M.K Williams) is based on the characters and world of the short film and is available on amazon in paperback and kindle. She is developing the book into a science-fiction TV series, with screenwriter Chris Regan. Natalie started in the film industry as a script reader for New Line Cinema at Benderspink (LA) in 2003, she continued to worked in the Film & TV industry for 4 years as a Production Assistant and Assistant Director, on films such as Casino Royale. The UK Film Review gave Seechers short film - four stars. Saying "...We are asked to delve into the deepest recess of our minds; to exploit untapped powers that might otherwise lie dormant. Each frame is beautifully captured and stokes real curiosity..." Natalie's older short films (2005-07) have shown in over 240 cinemas in the UK with Digital Screen Network. Her shorts have also broadcast on ITV West, ITV2 Movies, KOCT and BBC Film Network. Her films have been selected in film festivals such as Rushes Soho Shorts, Encounters, Uppsala and Cambridge film festival, winning 2nd place for an Orange Audience Award. Natalie's feature length screenplay 'Who Invited Edith?' was optioned in 2012. Her 2017 original pilot script for Seechers received a recommend by a Dreamworks/Disney/AMC script consultant who said it was" a big story... original and fun... audiences will enjoy this well-designed series.". The Black List also said the script was a "cinematically aware, energetic and a grounded sci-fantasy."
