Rob Pedini

Born into a family of pop-culture enthusiasts in Hartford, Connecticut, Rob grew up during the technical revolution of the 1970s. He was one of the first kids on his block to have cable TV, a top loading VCR and the first wave of home video games (including Pong). His parents, Bob and Irene, spent quality family time, with he and his younger brother Kevin, enjoying TV, listening to musical soundtracks or going to the movies. Rob happily absorbed all of it, especially the work of such directors as Frank Capra, Alfred Hitchcock, Stanley Kubrick, Blake Edwards and David Lean. Shows like M*A*S*H, All In The Family, Three Stooges, Sesame Street and Saturday morning cartoons (especially Schoolhouse Rock) were Rob's true education, but he finished school nonetheless. After graduating from the University of New Hampshire in 1993, with an English degree, he focused his energy towards his real passion, the movies. While attending NYU Film School, he realized that he enjoyed being in front of the camera, rather than behind. He then spent the next 7 years, as a struggling actor in New York; working as a video store clerk, tour guide, telemarketer, office clerk and even a Pedicab driver - all the while knocking on agents doors, auditioning, and slowly building his acting resume. In May of 2000 Rob discovered the world of Interactive Theatre, and was cast in three different acting jobs at the same time. Rob performed Dinner Theatre, Children's Theatre, Character Voiceovers, Independent Films, Sketch Comedy, Equity Showcases and The New York Renaissance Faire. Working as a professional entertainer, Rob also added Front Man to his resume. He toured as a Lead Singer/Character Actor for White Wedding (1980's Tribute Show) and then spent a few seasons on the road as a Master of Ceremonies for StarQuest Dance Competitions. He is now a Game Show Host with THINKFAST! Interactive. A theatrical Game Show that tours all over the US. He lives and performs in NYC with his crazy, cool & super-talented Wife, puppeteer Jenny Hann and loves playing with his daughter Gracie.
