Karin Hoving

Karin Hoving is a television editor and producer based in Los Angeles. She has edited, produced, directed or written shows for ABC, NBC, CBS, CW, Discovery Channel, MTV, VH1, TLC, Sundance, Bravo, PBS, History Channel, Animal Planet and has been on location around the world. She lived in a tent for two months in the North Pole for Surviving Mars, she wrangled sea iguanas in the Galapagos Islands for Scientific American Frontiers and she braved extreme wind tunnels in Hong Kong for Engineering the Impossible. Karin also has designed large-scale multiple screen video installations for museums across the country including the Smithsonian Museums in Washington DC and the California ScienCenter in LA. She has been nominated for two prime time Emmy awards.
