Ezekel, pronounced Eh-Zi-Kel, began his feature film acting career as production assistant on the Roger Corman film, Shakedown. He was asked to stand in for actor Ron Perlman and was eventually put in several scenes as a background artist. A veteran of Chicano Theater, known as teatro, Ezekel was well prepared for the chance to help his team out. It was after several conversations with Perlman on the set that Ezekel decided to give film acting serious consideration. Ezekel was soon studying with the likes of the legendary Larry Moss and Hollywood cold reading guru, Jeremiah Comey. Prior to coming to Hollywood, Ezekel was an Americorp Team Leader where he worked with at-risk youth and gang members in community service. He is a veteran of the U.S. Navy, the U.S. Foreign Service, and Americorp. He attended Santa Clara University where he received a Bachelors Degree in Economics and an M.B.A. in International Finance. Ezekel attended college after the Navy on a Football Scholarship and was a Josten's Academic All-American Offensive Lineman.
