Dave Pearce wasn't always behind the camera. At the age of 16 he booked Dawson's Creek on the Warner Brothers network and from there his acting took off, landing a season regular on the spin off to Dawson's Creek called "Young Americans". After two years on Young Americans Dave did another WB show called D.C where he starred opposite to Mark Paul Gosselaar and Jicindia Barret. His acting brought him to audition for UCLA's highly competitive school of Theater Film and Television where 3,000 kids audition and only 33 are expected into the fall. After receiving his acceptance letter Dave began as an acting major but quickly switched to film to pursue his long dream of Directing. After directing his first documentary with Comedy legend Jay Leno, Dave began writing and producing and started Granite Rock Films a small production company that focuses more on the quality not quantity.
