Masimba Marlon Clarke was born in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada. At the age of six months he moved to Trinidad and Tobago, West Indies where he spent the next five years before moving back to Winnipeg. In 1984 Marlon moved to Toronto with his family where he became interested in acting. Throughout high school he majored in Drama and took part in school productions such as the British play 'Murder In Company' and enrolled in various out of school acting classes. In 1999 he graduated from College with a diploma in Journalism. By 2001 Marlon had landed his first role in the independent feature 'Massacre Up North'. He appeared as a dancer in the Tragically Hip's 2000 music video 'Music at Work'and guest-starred on an episode of the Television series 'This Is Wonderland'. In addition to film and TV, Marlon has also appeared in print ads for Sports National for Addidas, Cara Foods, Jackson Hewitt Tax Services, Captivate Network, Staples, Toronto Star Newspaper, LCBO (Liquor Control Board of Ontario) and Canadian Blood Services.
