Ion Radulescu is a Romanian film and theatre actor .He was born on May 8, 1940 in Bucuresti, Romania .He graduated from Institute of Theatrical Arts and Cinematography in 1965. In 1968, he plays first role in the movie Reconstituirea. Known for films : Un comisar acuzã (1974), Maiorul si moartea (1967) and Impuscaturi pe portativ (1968).
