Ion Ulmeni

Ion Ulmeni is a Romanian film and theatre actor .He was born on April 29, 1935 in Bucuresti, Romania .He graduated from Institute of Theatrical Arts and Cinematography in 1958. In 1959, he plays first role in the movie Mingea. Known for films :Telegrame (1960), Porto-Franco (1962) and Mingea (1959).Play on the stage of the theater ''Giulesti '' in Bucuresti.
