Nick Schmitz

Make48 Co-Executive Producer Nick Schmitz is a seasoned storyteller. He brings with him over 15 years experience in broadcast television, having helped produce 20+ unscripted and documentary television series totaling over 430 hours of content. After earning a degree in Theatre and Film from the University of Kansas, Nick headed to Los Angeles where he began a career working in the entertainment industry. Nick has worked in several capacities for multiple production companies and post production houses, including 10X10 Entertainment (America's Next Top Model, Stylista, Changing Lanes), Bunim/Murray Productions (Under the Gunn), Lot 5 Media (The Profit, Lance Loves Michael: The Lance Bass Wedding). Today his focus is on content for public television with a focus on entrepreneurship, making, sustainability, community, science and technology.
