EJ is one of the most successful International Model Agents, known for her business and industry expertise. Having started her agency, Profile Model Management, in 1986, she quickly became one of Europe's Top 10 Women in Business in 1990. EJ has developed the careers of many super models and has continued to have an ever-presence in her now family run agency, negotiating international contracts with clients and models alike and leading the investment team to continue the growth of the business. Profile is one of Europe's oldest and most established model agencies and has won many awards for its sustainable business approach. Now co-directed by EJ's husband, Christophe, it has a family atmosphere with both of EJ and Christophe's sons (Harry and Thomas) having started their careers in the agency.
