Bob Oechsler was a well known UFO researcher and investigator. He grew up in Turkey and the United States. After graduating high school in 1967 he joined the U.S. Air Force where he served in the U.S. war in Vietnam in Laos and Cambodia for 4 years. Upon returning home, he studied Accounting and Architecture at the University of Maryland. He worked for NASA as a mission specialist. Bob was married with 3 children.
