Originally from Canada, Cheyenne was born and raised in Vancouver, British Columbia before her parents moved to Northern California. Her Mother is an artist and her Father a poet. Just after high school Cheyenne left the nest and moved to Los Angeles where she studied with notable acting coaches, Bobbie Shaw Chance and Allan Miller, but her curiosity and thirst for knowledge about the world behind the camera pushed her to go farther. She was accepted into the film program at CSUN, and graduated with a B.A. in film production with an emphasis in directing. Her first feature was her college thesis, Are We Still the Ugly American? (2008), which won production grants from the Hollywood Foreign Press before going on to screen internationally and winning a few awards. As of 2021, She has a slate of projects in development and some in the final stages of script completion.
