Dennis began acting in Denver, CO doing skits between bands. From there he played Marge Simpson for a live version of the The Simpsons' for Fox Television. His break came after making a movie on a consumer camera playing most of the roles and securing national and international distribution for a nonsensical horror comedy. A character in the film would be his next big step. Denton Rose Dennis's ultra-ego raked up over 66000 views in 2 days in 2006. Dennis's entered his fictional character based on the popularly in contest called, America's Dream Date an online reality show looking for the hottest couple in the USA. Denton (Dennis) won the contest. GoFish, the contest sponsor flew Dennis as Denton to LA. He appeared on Fox's reality Remix and the Wall Street Journal took a liking calling him "talent." And former DreamWorks chief even recognized Dennis's unique acting ability in his portrayal of Denton. Dennis signed a 2 year deal with GoFish and started one of the very first web series. GoFish tanked and Dennis moved to making more series with partner Mark Whitbeck for Veoh Networks, Day of the Dying Living, Horror Facts and Horror Headline News as well as Haunted America. Dennis's shows were top rated and featured on Joost, Veoh and Comcast On Demand. Other concepts like the Mis President Show were recognized by the LA Times. In 2009 Dennis after being featured on the front page of the Tennessean, reporter Ken Beck introduced Dennis to John Cherry. Cherry produced and directed all the Ernest P Worrell films for Disney. Cherry produced Dennis's first paid commercial for a Casino in the UK. Cherry also teamed with Doug Clayborne in an attempt to develop a feature for Denton Rose. Recently one of Dennis's concepts was optioned by GRBTV from Dennis's new company Baker-Fields Productions being slated for TV development.
