John Rebello portrayed Howard Stern in a film called Radio Play. Radio Play won first place at the Howard Stern Film Festival! This film got a standing ovation and many praises by critics, such as Richard Roeper, director Todd Phillips and Sam Simon Co-Creator of the Simpsons. This film and other appearances by John have been seen on Howard TV. John recently performed on stage live with the School of Rock in Boston; they covered Pink Floyd songs and John played guitar. John has completed two semesters of dramatic movement, voice/speech, and acting at The American Academy of Dramatic Arts, in New York City. He has attended two semesters at Wheelock Family Theatre in Boston, and two years at Paula Meola Studio in his hometown. He has participated in cognitive studies with MIT and Harvard University. John appears in an Old Harbor Production called Twelve which is a unique collaboration of 12 directors, each responsible for a different film shot in a different month of the year. John appears in the February, June, September and December segments of Twelve. John appears in numerous other independent films and student films. He's the lead role character in a short film called Dad with Trilobite Pictures. He appeared in a short film, which was screened at the first annual Block Island Film Festival in Rhode Island. He had the lead in a Rhode Island School of Design film, which won the Senior Project Award. He has worked on Brown University and Boston University projects.
