“Make sure your stories breathe truth.” Jorge Yúdice is a Spanish director and screenwriter. He graduated with a major in film directing from ESCAC (Escola Superior de Cinema y Audiovisuals de Catalunya) and then went on to do a series of masters and postgraduate degrees in screenwriting for film, television, and advertising. He has made short films such as Pisanka (2022), Bus Story (2016), and Simetría (2011), but his work that stood out the most was Cocodrilo (2019), a short film that premiered at Berlinale and won numerous awards, both national and international, and a nomination for the 2020 Goya.
