Biography

David Miguel Estrada is a playwright/actor/director who has had numerous productions of his stage plays produced in New York, Los Angeles, and Chicago. The son of an Army Officer and a dancer, his stage plays include "You Ain't No Johnny Cash," "The Yale Diaries," "God, Man, & Stan," and "The Life & Dubious Times of George Dubya Bush." He most recently acted in the Off-Broadway premiere of his drama "Long Time Comin'" at Theatre at St. Clement's, where David Mamet premiered "American Buffalo" and Sam Shepard premiered "La Turista." TimeOut New York called his performance "dazzling." Dennis Safren of L.A.'s First Stage raves, "Estrada is one of the most exciting young voices in theater."
