Lisa's first professional gig was singing and dancing at the Hyatt Hotel in Casablanca, Morocco for the crowned Prince of Saudia Arabia's son and his 15 body guards. She then landed a 6 month gig at Tokyo Disneyland in Japan, spent another few months singing on an Italian cruise ship, followed by four years on the road with the infamous 50's rock group "Sha Na Na". In 1996 her then-boyfriend said "women aren't funny!", so Lisa became a stand-up comic and created "Pretty, Funny Women" just to prove him wrong. Their relationship broke up, but her career took off and she immediately landed herself a big time Hollywood agent, a holding deal with Tri Star Television, and the Montreal Comedy Festival where she shared the stage with Ray Romano and the Chicago Comedy Festival where she shared a room with Doug Stanhope. Lisa toured the South Pacific for the USO doing 30 minutes of comedy for people who didn't speak English...and she killed! In addition to writing on Chelsea Lately and on game shows and Oxygen's #1 hit "Girls Behaving Badly", she has written 2 original one-acts, produced at Michael Patrick Kings theater, Arcade. She has done hundreds of national commercials and voice-overs, including campaigns for Vons/Safeway, Mattel, Cici's Pizza, Ford, Kraft, and more. You can hear her on Cartoon Network's animated hit, "Robot Chicken" with Seth Green, & narrating "The 50 Best Chick Flicks", "Rise of the Geeks", and "50 Shocking Celebrity Confessions" on E!. Lisa produces live "Pretty Funny Women" shows at The Comedy Store & currently teaches stand up comedy classes for women in Los Angeles.
