Daniel Herron

Daniel grew up in the United States where he moved from the East Coast to California in his early years. It was after completing the Film & Broadcasting Institute program at Stanford University, that his passion for photography began. He opened his own studio in Northern California shooting fashion and portraits for actor. During this period he was also working with MGM Home Video Division shooting the studio's celebrities for promotions and marketing from coast to coast. In 2010 Daniel moved to Bangkok, Thailand doing travel photography for online publications in South East Asia. In 2017 he joined the film crew to shoot the production stills for Kickboxer Retaliation with Jean-Claude Van Damme, Mike Tyson and Christopher Lambert (The Highlander). 2018 looks to be a promising year with 3 more films coming to Thailand that Daniel will be working on. Daniel's following in his aunt, Nancy Holmes, footsteps. Nancy was a set photographer for Columbia Picture in the 70's working with Richard Burton, Rex Harrison, David Niven, Elizabeth Taylor and Sean Connery. Away from photography Daniel enjoy's scuba diving and travel throughout South East Asia.
