Biography

Singer, songwriter, and trombone player Aubrey Michelle Logan was born on January 16, 1988 in Bellevue, Washington, D.C. The only child of two music teachers, Logan grew up in Snohomish, Washington. During this time Aubrey sang in church, acted in musicals, and often sang the National Anthem a cappella at Seattle Mariners baseball games. Logan first started playing the trombone after joining her middle school's band. Aubrey graduated from the Berklee College of Music in 2010 and married fellow alumnus Chris Knight that same year. Logan won the Audience's Choice Award and the Jury's First Place Award at the 2009 Shure-Montreux Jazz Festival in Switzerland as well as was an American Idol (2002) contestant who won a golden ticket pass to the finals in 2009.
