Mark Wijsman started acting at the Rabarber Youth Theater school in the Netherlands. At nine years old, he featured in National Theater's Production of 'Kleine Zielen', by Couperus, touring the Netherlands for the season. As a child, he played the lead in Dutch Film Festival selected 'De Angst van Zorg', by acclaimed Dutch director Maria Peters. As a teen he starred alongside two-time Academy Award winner Peter Ustinov in his first English spoken theater production called Peace Child, for the United Nations. After some time working in Media & Marketing, Mark returned to the acting industry in Cape Town, South Africa in 2014. He has starred in a variety of international features, festival shorts and television series since. In 2016, he trained in the United States at the T.Schreiber Studio in New York City.
