Orlando Arriagada

After studying film and communications, this Chilean-born, deeply committed Québécois produced his first film, Guantanamera Boxe, in 2000, which set the tone that followed in his next 30 or so documentaries, these filmed at home and abroad. Determined to denounce injustice and celebrate the creative human spirit, Orlando founded Pimiento in 2007. In 2011, seeking to establish a closer bond with subjects particularly close to his heart, he added a director's hat to his well-established producer's one.
