Robin Timpanaro Lagrassa

Robin Timpanaro Lagrassa was born in Port Jefferson, New York as Robin Maria Timpanaro. She is of Italian descent. Her father Gaetano "George" Timpanaro was a clarinet/saxophone player. Her mother Authilia Maria Marcatante, a singer. They both traveled with a band before settling down in Port Jefferson where they opened Timpy's Pizza. Her father also opened up a nightclub called the El Cid. Robin loved to sing and perform as a child and would often perform in talent shows. From the age of 5 she said two things to her mother ...I want to grow up and be a movie star and live in California and I want to go to Paris. In 2005 she moved to Los Angeles and got into the industry. Although she appeared in some films, she has made her career as a TV/film acct. In 2013 she was diagnosed with breast cancer and battled and beat the disease. She decided to finally travel to France alone in 2015 as a part of her very own Eat, Pray, Love experience. First Nice, then Cassis, Avignon and finally Paris.
