Lydia Faith

Lydia Faith has loved to dance and perform ever since she was five years old and her tap shoe flew off of her foot in the middle of class. While growing up in New London, CT, she acted in local stage productions and independent films before moving away from New England and attending college. Throughout her life she has tried every type of dance she can find; including contra, modern, jazz, waltz, lyrical, theatrical, clogging, pole, swing, square, zydeco, and Irish step dance. In 2010, she was introduced to aerial dance, which quickly became her favorite because of its difficult blend of grace, strength, and flexibility. After training with numerous aerial professionals, she began performing as an aerialist and dancer in Florida. In 2014 her love of aerial inspired her to start her own performance company, Aerial Events, which has subsequently branched out to offer other traditional circus entertainment like stilt walking, fire dancing, and acrobatics.
