Dee Mas actively pursues a film and television career with a driving passion atypical of many of today's actresses. Her talents in the area of stunts, martial arts and automobiles make her a triple threat. Dee got her big break in 2004 while auditioning for producers Joel Silver and Alan Schechter's NBC Movie of the Week, "Bet Your Life." Silver, Schechter, and the film's other producer, Stephen Baldwin, along with the film's star, Billy Zane, noticed Dee's 'star power' at the audition in Cleveland, Ohio, and Dee won a role as the body/stunt-double for the lead. Dee was born on May 2, 1972 in suburban Columbus, Ohio. The daughter of a retired teacher and entrepreneur, Dee developed her toughness while growing up in the streets of Toledo, Ohio. After graduating from high school, she enlisted in the Navy and quickly found herself in the middle of the Gulf War, serving as liaison to the Commanding Officer at the Italian NATO base, Aviano, in 1991. After her stint in the Navy, Hollywood beckoned. And, Dee moved to Los Angeles to pursue her dream of acting in a feature film role. Not only is Dee active in the entertainment community, but she also has been a headlining member of Amnesty International's Women's Rights Council since 2002, when she assisted in campaigning for the freedom of a stoning victim in Darfur, Africa. She also is the proud mother of two children. Dee's former acting coaches Tom Tordoroff and Ivan Markota predict the acting world will be 'blown away' by Dee's extraordinary talents. She can be seen in three upcoming films, "Material Girls", as a club-goer/dancer; "Bar Starz", as a waitress; and "Richard III" as a dagger/sword yielding silhouette and deadly York Subordinate.
