Lionel Vincent Baldenweg

Diego Baldenweg (composer) with Nora Baldenweg (songwriter) & Lionel Vincent Baldenweg (music producer) aka GREAT GARBO are an award winning composer team. Since 2004 the three Australian-Swiss siblings have composed original music for over 250 international advertising commercials (Dove, MasterCard, Sony) and 20 feature films (180°, Summer Outside, The little Witch). They are known for their unique creativity and versatile musical abilities. In 2006 the Baldenwegs were rewarded with two renowned EDI Prizes for "best music". In 2010 they were honoured with the SUISA prize for "best film music" for their orchestral score to "180°" at the Locarno International Filmfestival. In 2017 they were a finalist for the Music+Sound Award (International) for their orchestral score to the Oscar nominated "La Femme et le TGV" starring Jane Birkin. They are members of the Australian Academy of Cinema and TV Arts, Swiss Film Academy and European Film Academy.
