Cynthia Graf was born in North Olmsted, Ohio and received her Bachelor's degree in Russian and Psychology from Bowling Green State University. A love of technology led her to work as a Computer Network Specialist for the Maryland State Police Criminal Intelligence Division, where she stayed safely in the office while her co-workers infiltrated the gangs of Baltimore. In 2002, she led the technology effort for the Maryland Coordination and Analysis Center, the first state fusion center in the Nation, established after the September 11th terrorist attacks. During this time, she began to act in Maryland regional theater, where The Columbia Flier called her a "likably droll bundle of nerves" for her portrayal of Annelle in Steel Magnolias. Favorite acting experiences in the Maryland market include a guest star spot on AMERICA'S MOST WANTED (2006) and playing various informant roles with undercover military operatives preparing to deploy to the Middle East (yes, like HOMELAND.) In 2016, Cynthia moved to Los Angeles. Favorite experiences thus far have been performing in front of a live studio audience in the multi-cam comedy ONE DAY AT A TIME (2017); and acting with Emmy-winning Director Jean-Marc Vallée (BIG LITTLE LIES, WILD) on the HBO drama SHARP OBJECTS (2018). When not on set, Cynthia loves spending time at the beach with her dog Parker. Cynthia Graf is represented by Lisa Berman of Berman/Sacks Talent Agency LLC.
