Manuel Liminiana (Limiñana in Spanish) is a French writer and director, with Spanish origins. After years of experience on French cinema sets, Manuel writes and directs 21 short films (Sci-Fi, fantasy, soft science fiction...). In his youth, he was comic scriptwriter (''Pourquoi pas toi'', ''Te Quiero'', ''Pact 602'', ''ED''...). He also was the winner of the famous Prix Junior du scenario in France, for a fantasy feature film project entitled Plastic Toys. Manuel is also a well-known theater writer and director in France and published several theater editions (''Ici et ailleurs'', ed. mesmots, ''Histoires en perspective'', ed. mesmots, ''La jeune fille qui prenait du retard'', ed. Les Viveurs/Centre National du Livre/France) He recently built a writers' room with 3 young scriptwriters in France to develop series and feature films. Manuel also was involved in the setting-up of film studios at the Cinéma du Pole Pixel - Villeurbanne, and in 2008 founded with two associates one of the three largest film schools in France, the Factory School, in Villeurbanne/Lyon, of which he was director for 10 years.
