Michael's feature script for "Sure-Fire" was a Finalist in the Beverly Hills Screenplay Contest and Quarter-Finalist in the Shore Scripts Screenplay Competition. Michael is the recipient of an AIVF Screenwriting Mentorship and is also developing a feature adaptation of a darkly comic novel written by the former book editor of "The Chicago Tribune" as well as a true-crime thriller inspired by shocking events in a small town. He lives in New York City.
