Abraham Heisler

Abraham Heisler is a professional filmmaker who has been producing and directing short films for over ten years. His short, "Dancing with Nureyev" won first place at the Scary Cow Film Festival in San Francisco in 2014. Abraham studied film at Syracuse University and the New York Film Academy, where his thesis film, "Danny and the Ocean" is still shown to incoming students. The same film premiered at the Los Angeles International Children's Film Festival in 2006. Abraham teaches directing for film at the New York Film Academy in Los Angeles.
