Anja Fenzlein

Anja Fenzlein (An-yah Fens-line) is a German actress and writer. She was born and raised in a small village in Eastern Germany close to Czech Republic. When she turned 18 years old with only a few hundred dollars, a suitcase, and a dream, she set off to America. She ended up in New York City where she studied Film and Television Production at NYU. Making her the first in her family to graduate from university. Anja has worked in Art, Wardrobe, and Assistant Directors Departments on independent films. That work let her to embarked on a new journey and she completed the three year Meisner acting conservatory at Terry Knickerbocker Studio. She's worked with Terry on her acting craft for several years now and has also been trained on camera. She's also done acting work in Berlin at the Actors Space. She's excited to have had a small part on the final season of The Deuce and to have signed with her agent Jim Woodward at Universal Attractions. Besides acting, Anja has a real talent and passion for finding and creating a character's wardrobe. She loves thrift shopping and creating costumes. She's also fluent in both English and German and wants to take her acting career internationally.
