A triple threat performer, Lance has performed in principal roles on Broadway, Film, TV, with the Metropolitan Opera in New York City, The New York City Ballet, and as a voice-over artist for TV and Radio advertisements. Lance's opening night at The Met was on his 7th birthday in the role of "Dolore" in Madama Butterfly. He danced the role of "The Nutcracker Prince" for two years in the New York City Ballet's production of The Nutcracker, performed on Broadway with Abigail Breslin, Jennifer Morrison, Alison Pill, and Mathew Modine, in the Miracle Worker, and appeared on film as "Young Larry" in the Three Stooges Movie, as well as guest starring roles on ABC, CBS, and Disney. His voice can be heard on numerous episodes of the popular Nickelodeon shows Dora the Explorer and Go, Diego. A graduate of Yale University, Lance continued to work professionally when his academic scheduled permitted. This included principal roles in The Clovehitch Killer opposite Dylan McDermott and Charlie Plummer, and the role of "Cap Tylenol" in Netflix's Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt. At Yale he was on the Varsity Fencing Team (DI), co-founded the sketch comedy group The Odd Ducks, and served as the artistic director of the Yale Ballet Company. He performed in leading roles on campus including the role of "Bobby" in Stephen Sondheim's Company. Lance trained in the professional division at the School of American Ballet and was a member of the children's chorus at the Metropolitan Opera for six years and during that time performed in eight operas.
