Julie Ann Fay resides in Atlanta, Georgia, but grew up in Louisiana as the daughter of an elementary school French teacher. Julie fell in love with show business at the age of 5 when she held up a picture of a Christmas tree at a stage performance of "Peter Pan." For the next 11 years she studied and performed many theatrical roles with the Lake Charles Civic Ballet Theatre. Her dance skills are what brought her back to the stage after college and ultimately make the switch to acting both on stage and screen. Julie began her filmmaking career as a screenwriter and produced her first short film "Stickie" to get her early work seen. After meeting fellow screenwriter Ken Henderson and director Patrick Roddy she became one of the founding members of the Lake Area Film Group and Lake Area Film Scribes which resulted in producing many more short films. Her feature film debut was in Roddy's feature Mercy (2006) and she would work with him again in the movie Good Boy (2009). In both films she becomes the victim of actor Gary Shannon. Julie lives and works in Atlanta, Georgia.
