Roxy Darr

Roxy Darr is an American actress, singer, and songwriter. She rose to prominence when she performed "Somewhere" at Walt Disney Hall as Maria in West Side Story for the Leonard Bernstein Centennial Tribute with the Los Angeles Lawyer's Philharmonic. Soon thereafter, she returned for a special engagement to sing with the Los Angeles Lawyer's Philharmonic, performing as the role of Belle from Disney's "Beauty and the Beast" at the Wilshire Ebell Theatre. Roxy was discovered by billionaire businessman and politician, Clive Palmer of Australia, to sing "My Heart Will Go On" for the Global Launch Tour of the Titanic II in New York and London. Accompanied by members of the New York Symphony Orchestra in New York, and London Symphony Orchestra in London, Roxy's rendition was highly regarded by Palmer, as he took to social media to sing her praises with regard to her vocal abilities, comparing her to the likes of Celine Dion. The replica ocean liner is being built in China and has been confirmed by CNN to set sail in 2022. Roxy's talents continue to be affiliated with its progression. With over hundreds of thousands of followers on social media and millions of views of her performances, Roxy has accumulated a massive fan following for her music. She has been on a 50 city nationwide tour as the lead singer of Kidz Bop Live and is known as "The Anthem Girl" for holding a record of singing the National Anthem at world renowned venues such as the Staples Center, StubHub Center, and Dodger Stadium. Roxy's hit single "Forever" received success in the pop world as it was featured in KIIS Fm's Breakout Star. The song's message of strength during a breakup has become an anthem for girls worldwide. Additionally, her song "Change the World" was featured as the winner for Linkin Park's global & national disaster charity "Music for Relief". Most recently cast as the voice of Wendy Darling in the new animation, Peter Pan's Magical World of Neverland, Roxy stars alongside Disney legend, Margaret Kerry - the original Tinker Bell from the 1953 Disney animation. Her new album, 'The Chronicles of Wendy Darling' features all original music for which she wrote. Proceeds from the animation will benefit the children of the Great Ormond Street Hospital where J.M. Barrie gifted the rights to his famous play.
