Bill Cooper

Bill has been involved with the video, television and film business in the Twin Cities primarily as an actor for 35 years. He has a degree in Mass Communications from St. Cloud (MN) State University and studied acting at The Actors Studio in Minneapolis. Bill's acting credits include 25 short and feature films, over 200 television commercials and hundreds of industrial, corporate, print, and voice-over projects. Bill has produced and directed numerous short and feature films. His latest feature film, Betta Fish is being distributed by High Octane Pictures and his first feature, Hunting Buddies, screened at festivals and has worldwide distribution with FilmWorks Entertainment in LA. Bill is the Managing Director of the Twin Cities Film Fest (www.twincitiesfilmfest.org) and conducts acting workshops and coaching (www.billcooper.info).
