Roche Nirvana holds the position of Company Director of goldRoche Film Services with special responsibilities for Marketing & New Talent with an office in the Republic of Ireland and a new office opening in 2023 in England. goldRoche Films was established in 2019 to service and support the requirements of the growing film sector in Ireland. goldRoche's future focus is to build fully serviced bases for International film crews to work from across England, Ireland and globally. Roche has a strong reputation for top quality work on A-Grade productions both in England, Ireland and Internationally. In her bid to improve and modernize the basic model of production in Ireland, Roche is combining her two strengths, production and marketing, to devise a film technology platform that is dedicated to, not only the Irish and English production industry but also the global film sector. Given her breadth and depth of experience in the overall production arena, Roche is uniquely qualified for the task. She has a clear understanding of the International Model that has been so successful in all major production centres around the world. And she has been involved in the marketing of numerous successful companies in the production industry. She has worked her way up through the ranks collecting invaluable knowledge and experience along the way. She is equally at home negotiating a deal at the boardroom table as she is on a film set negotiating her way through ankle deep mud. She is never afraid to get stuck in and get her hands dirty. If a job needs to be done, she'll do it. It's this real 'can do' attitude that makes Roche Nirvana such a valuable asset to any company. Prior to establishing goldRoche Films, Roche spent six years based in the World Capital of Commercial Production, Cape Town, South Africa. Before this she had spent the previous seven years in London working in a variety of well known companies within the TV industry from broadcasters, independent production companies, content providers and media groups, covering areas such as TV distribution, International sales, cinema advertising, interactive digital TV, studios, and production. During her six years in South Africa Roche worked at a number of the larger, well know Production Facilitating Companies as well as getting personally involved in some of the smaller emerging operations. In her quest to be the best company director she can, Roche has taken the time to work in as many film departments as possible over a fifteen year period from the stunt department through to special effects (SFX) and then into production. It is only through this hands-on experience that you can better understand the differing work practices and their practical requirements of a film crew. She's worked constantly in numerous roles elevating her reputation and rank throughout. Starting from Production Secretary, to Production Co-Coordinator, through to Production Manager Roche has steadily climbed the ladder. Roche has worked on projects for such well-known brands as Ford, 7-Up, Fanta, Pantene, Heinz, and Harley Davidson. And has worked on some well know A-Grade Feature Films and TV Series. Roche has built up an excellent reputation for herself as being an efficient and driven team player and leader.
