Nadine Vinzens became worldwide recognition of being Miss Switzerland and Face of the Universe. At this time she boycotted the Miss World pageant being held in Nigeria due to their Sharia law. Amina Lawal, a Nigerian woman, had been convicted of adultery-getting pregnant out of wedlock and sentenced to death by stoning because of this. The father of her child simply denied it so he was not prosecuted. Her participation in this boycott controversy helped her conviction get dismissed so this woman would survive. After her title, Nadine studied acting at the Lee Strasberg Institute Los Angeles and became best known for the feature film "Mary&Johnny" "Das Missen Massaker" , "Four Senses" and "Half Brothers". Nadine also performed stage plays such as Elektra, Penthesilea, Wie 5 Mädchen jämmerlich im Branntwein umkommen and TV shows like CSI New York, Rules of Engagement and11th Hour. She also got nominated as best actress for the Prix Walo. She also worked with brands such as Dior Watches, Isharya Jewelry, Alfa Romeo, Nivea, Mango, BMW, Swarovski, Bullets 4 Peace, Cazal Eyewear, 138Water, starred in TV Commercials like LG, Fuel TV, Visa, Stand up to Cancer with Tony Hale, InStyler and Designers like Ed Hardy, Lloyd Klein and Catherine Malandrino. She was performing in Music Videos of Britney Spears, Young Jeezy, Grammy Winner Al Walser and Fergie from Black Eyed Peas and Keith Chagall She also became worldwide press in magazines such as ELLE, Vogue, Cosmopolitan and the Hollywood Reporter.
