Fred Mascherino

He was born in Coatesville, Pennsylvania. He attended Bishop Shanahan High School and graduated in 1993. From 1992 to 1999 he was in a band called Brody, in which he sang and played guitar. The band split up in 2000, and then he joined an emo/indie/rock band called Breaking Pangaea, in which he had the same role he had in Brody. In 2003, he joined Taking Back Sunday as a guitarist. In October 2007 he quits Taking Back Sunday to focus on his solo career in The Color Fred.
