Louis A. Bisignani

Lou Bisignani has spent nearly 5 decades in the live theatre.He is a founding member of "Actors Circle", a Not for Profit Theatre in Scranton, Pennsylvania. Bisignani also worked with 'Scranton Public Theatre' with Actor/Playwright Jason Miller. In addition to being a well known character actor in Northeastern Pa, he is a prolific director and designer.
