Helene Bank

Helene Bank was born and raised in Los Angeles, California and was signed to contract at RKO studios when it was owned by Howard Hughes. As a result, Helene was asked by Hughes to come to meet him in his office upon her signing. She was surprised to see a studio executive wearing jeans (which was unusual in that era).
